Apple Tarte Tatin

I have made this delicious puff pastry that I never heard of before called an "apple tarte tatin". This tasty puff pastry was made with a puff pastry bottom, and  with caramelized fresh granny smith apples. There are many different ways to incorporate fruit into this puff pastry like adding peaches, plums, pears, and bananas instead of the granny smith apples. I thought the apples were an okay choice, but in my preference I think peaches would have been more delicious. I could have added vanilla ice cream as a nice pairing to make it like a warm peach cobbler a La mode. This was another easy pastry to make in my opinion because easy preparation and clean results of the pastry itself out of the frying pan. This apple tarte tatin in a way reminded me of a warm apple pie. I liked my apple tarte tartan without powered sugar. It's just my personal preference
