The other day I have made a huge batch of puff pastry dough. Puff pastry dough is one of the few types of doughs that does not require a leavening agent. I find this dough very simple and easy to make. There are many different puff pastries you can make out of this dough like for example my favorite napoleons or my least favorite band de fruit. I find it very interesting on how the puff pastry dough we made had at least 432 layers of dough and butter layers.
