I have made the most delicious apple turnovers the other day. These turnovers had the name of Chausson Aux Pommes which in french means "the french apple turnovers". Forming these were super easy, plus the design of the leaf was very creative. Someday I would like to try a different variations of fillings like maybe a lemon turnover, or even a blueberry turnover. The turnovers remind me of a warm apple pie. I would say these are one of my favorite puff pastries ever to make.
